The fifty year old kitchen and bathroom needed an update, and the homeowner wanted a larger kitchen, and a master ensuite. An addition to the home was considered, but the final solution was to remodel the existing space with a more functional layout.

The existing bathroom was turned into an ensuite with shower. The kitchen and dining room were combined to create a new main bathroom and a larger kitchen. Additional work included lighting upgrades, new flooring, and trim throughout the main floor. The finishes are a transitional style, combing shaker style cabinetry with contemporary plumbing fixtures.
