Inspire Homes Named Finalist for OHBA Best Renovation Award

Finalists for the Ontario Home Builders Association 2024 Awards of Distinction have been announced, and we are thrilled to be on the list of finalists.

Our North York Home Renovation was entered into the category Best Renovation / Addition (up to $250,000).

The project involved the full renovation of a main floor of a home, doubling the size of the kitchen and creating an open concept kitchen space, new finishes including flooring and trim, and a spectacular 3-sided electric fireplace.   Before and after photos can be viewed in our Project Gallery.

Inspire Homes has been awarded four (4) Best Renovation Awards in the past 15 years, most recently for Best Renovation – Universal Design/Renovation.   You can view the full list of our Award winning entries here, and the list also includes all the awards for which we were a finalist and ended in 2nd or 3rd place.
