The project was a full main floor renovation of a 1970s bungalow in Mississauga.

The project started with design - incorporating the two priorities -  a new open concept floor plan, and an ensuite bathroom.  The colour palette was black, white, gold and wood.

With design completed, structural was reviewed by our engineer, and permits obtained for structural, plumbing, hvac and electrical work.

The centerpiece of of the home is an open concept kitchen, located in the space formerly occupied by the dining room.  It features shaker style kitchen cabinets - with black lower cabinets & white upper cabinets.  Hardware and plumbing fixtures are gold coloured.

The private ensuite features a 4pc bath, with free standing tub and a double vanity.  A dark blue tile graces the walls of the shower, while wood framed mirrors echo the finishes of the vanity cabinet.

Windows and doors were replaced as part of the project, with super energy efficient triple pane windows.  Insulation was added where feasible.
