Kitchen Design

Design is the starting point in the kitchen renovation process.

It is in the design stage that homeowners will work with our kitchen designer to discuss wants, needs and desires. We then develop two or three concept plans, review and revise it with you. Our designers will help in selecting all the products that will go into your kitchen renovation project, including cabinets, countertops, flooring, backsplash tile, plumbing fixtures, etc.

Our design include floor plans, creation of kitchen cabinet plans, as well as lighting plans. Our designer will create a 3D rendering to help you visualize the look of your new kitchen.

If the project requires a building permit, our designers will create a Permit Drawing package for approval by our engineer and submission to the City of Mississauga.

Kitchen Cabinets

We offer two cabinet options: semi-custom and custom cabinets.

Semi-custom cabinets come in a wide variety of standard sizes, with some ability to customize the cabinets to fit the space. Most kitchen renovations will work with semi-custom cabinets. We work with several cabinet suppliers, all Canadian made.

Custom kitchen cabinets offer an almost unlimited option to work with any space, and work especially well in smaller kitchens where maximizing space is crucial. We work with two custom cabinets makers, who are located in the Greater Toronto Area.

kitchen Construction

Upon completion of design for your kitchen renovation, and selection products, we provide you with a written scope of work and fixed price quote for the project.

The designs and scope of work serve as instructions to our construction team when building the project.

We employ project managers and carpenters who work on the project, and we bring in a licensed plumber, electrician, and gas fitter (if you have a gas stove) for the mechanical work.

If the project has a permit, we will schedule building permit inspections with the City of Mississauga.
