Markland Woods House Addition

The family had struggled for years with three small bedrooms and only one bathroom on the upper floor.  The main floor kitchen lacked storage and counter space.

Adding space above the garage and reconfiguring the second floor allowed for three large bedrooms, the addition of an ensuite bath, and generous sized closets, including a walk-in.

The main floor kitchen was moved to a larger space, with dark painted cabinets contrasting the natural hardwood floors.

Outside, a full width front porch was added, all new windows, and stucco exterior.
