Much of our success can be attributed to our clients telling their friends, neighbours, and family members about our services. To show our appreciation, we would like to invite you to participate in our Referral Program.
For each referral you send us that turns into a signed contract, you will receive a referral reward equal to 1% of the original signed construction contract. For example, if your referral signs a contract for a $100,000 renovation project, you will receive a referral fee of $1,000. The reward can be paid to you, or to the charity of your choice.
[ 1 ] Spread The Word
Do you know someone who is planning to renovate their home? Kitchen, bathroom, basement, laundry room? Multiple rooms or house addition?
Let them know about us. Share our website, social media links, and have them contact us.
Our ideal client:
- looking to renovate, or expand (build an addition), to their house.
- they plan to live in their home long-term
- they are looking for help with both design and construction

Drop us a quick email to let us know who you are referring. If you forget, don’t worry. We do our best to figure out who referred them.
[ 3 ] We Do The Work
We will contact your friend and set up a time for a phone call to discuss the project. If it is a fit with the type of work we do, we will set up a meeting with them.

[ 4 ] Collect Your Referral Reward
When the project is completed and payment received in full, we will send you the referral reward – or direct the money to the charity of your choice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- 1% will be paid from the original signed Construction Contract (pre-tax amount, rounded to the nearest $10). Change orders, subsequent construction contracts, and design contracts are not eligible.
- The Referral fee is paid at the end of the job, after project completion and payment is received in full.
- The referral must be brought to Inspire’s attention either before or no later than the first meeting with the potential client.
- Only new customers are eligible to be referred to us (any one who has contacted us in the past, whether they worked with us or not, cannot be referred to us).
- You cannot refer someone in your own home.
- You can refer as many people as you want
- The recipient will advise if they wish to receive the funds, or if they want them directed to a charity of their choice.
- Inspire reserves the right to terminate, modify, and suspend the program at any time without notice.
