Careers
Designer
Our designers are creative individuals with a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent experience. An interest in residential spaces, a creative approach, the ability to work in a team, and strong CAD and graphic presentation skills are essential. Responsibilities include conceptual design, design development, finish and material selection, 3D renderings, meeting with clients, suppliers and project managers.
Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, including all aspects of the production process from the time the project is handed off from design until completion. This includes the scheduling of all resources and materials needed, overseeing team members and trade contractors to ensure top quality work, and regular contact with customers. The Project Manager is responsible for completing projects on time, one budget, and with a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires a minimum 10 years construction experience, with at least 5 years in a management capacity. Superb organization, computer and communications skills are required, along with a good working knowledge of the building code.
Renovation Carpenter
The carpenter performs much of the work on small and mid-size renovation projects, including demolition, rough and finish carpentry, drywall, cabinet installation, and painting.
Minimum requirements:
- 5 years construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Good communications skills, proficiency with basic computer programs and email
- Vehicle and tools
Trades
Inspire Homes is looking for trade partners to join our building team. We are looking to build a long term relationship with our trades, and find we work best with companies whose owners self perform and/or directly supervise projects. We expect quality work and prompt communication from all our trade partners.
